Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Dispatch Executive (Fresher) to support day-to-day dispatch and logistics activities. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating dispatches, maintaining records, preparing documents, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities as per customer and internal requirements.
• Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, challans, and other required records.
• Maintain dispatch data and records in Excel/ERP.
• Coordinate with the Production, Stores, Sales, and Transport teams.
• Follow up with transporters and track shipments until delivery.
• Ensure proper checking of quantity, packing, and dispatch documents.
• Update dispatch status and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Handle basic documentation and filing related to dispatch.
• Support the team in resolving dispatch-related issues.
• Follow company procedures for safe and timely dispatch.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records.
• Willingness to learn logistics and dispatch processes.
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Qualification

12th / Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
