Job Description:

• Manage the daily dispatch of documents, parcels, and other materials.
• Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents and records.
• Coordinate with courier partners, transporters, and internal departments.
• Track dispatched shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain dispatch registers, courier records, and delivery acknowledgements.
• Follow up on delayed, pending, returned, or undelivered shipments.
• Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.
• Maintain accurate data and prepare daily/weekly dispatch MIS reports.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve dispatch-related issues.
• Maintain proper filing and record management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Handle confidential documents and materials responsibly.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of dispatch and courier management.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in Dispatch
