Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and reliable Dispatch Executive to coordinate deliveries, manage schedules, and ensure timely shipment of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery schedules.
• Arrange drivers and delivery routes.
• Track shipments and update delivery status.
• Prepare delivery documents and records.
• Liaise with customers, drivers, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.
• 1–3 years of dispatch or logistics experience preferred.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office.
