Dispatch Executive

Job Summary

As Dispatch Executive, you will handle day-to-day responsibilities connected with dispatch coordination, tracking, vendor communication, documentation, follow-up. This includes coordinating assigned work, responding to relevant enquiries, maintaining records and reports, following up with stakeholders and ensuring that agreed activities are completed on time.

The work is practical and team-oriented, with regular interaction with colleagues, customers, vendors, partners or other stakeholders depending on the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day responsibilities connected with dispatch coordination, tracking, vendor communication, documentation, follow-up.
• Coordinate assigned work, respond to relevant enquiries, maintain records and reports, following up with stakeholders and ensuring that agreed activities are completed on time.
• Occasional weekend work or extended hours may be required depending on client and peak workload.

• Experience: 0-3 years
• Location: Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Noida, Bengaluru
