Dispatch Executive

• Prepare and process daily customer invoices and billing statements accurately and within defined timelines.
• Prepare and maintain daily dispatch reports and dispatch masters.
• Generate invoices based on customer orders, dispatch details and applicable commercial terms.
• Maintain and update customer accounts, billing records and related documentation.
• Verify invoice details, quantities, rates, taxes and other billing information before processing.
• Monitor customer billing and ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between invoices, payments and customer accounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Stores, Dispatch, Production, Accounts and other departments for smooth billing and dispatch operations.
• Handle customer queries related to invoices, billing discrepancies, payments and account statements.

Pay: ₹11,148.60 - ₹28,612.62 per month
