Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Billing & Invoicing: Generate sales bills, tax invoices, dispatch notes, and delivery challans accurately using Tally Prime.
• Stock & Inventory Control: Maintain proper, real-time records of incoming and outgoing inventory, stock balance, and perform regular stock audits/reconciliations.
• Manpower Management: Supervise, assign duties to, and effectively lead the dispatch team, loading/unloading workers, and warehouse staff.
• Dispatch & Logistics Coordination: Plan daily dispatch schedules, coordinate with transporters/logistics partners, and ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
• Quality Check & Verification: Cross-check outgoing items against sales invoices and purchase orders to ensure correct items and quantities are dispatched without damage.
• Record Keeping: Maintain dispatch registers, gate passes, vehicle logs, and delivery receipts systematically.

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Strong practical knowledge and working experience with Tally Prime and basic MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in dispatch, warehouse management, or inventory control.
• Supervisory Skills: Proven experience in managing and handling manpower/ground staff effectively.
• Education: Minimum High School Diploma / Graduate (B.Com or equivalent preferred).
• Soft Skills: Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
