Dispatch Coordinator – Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, and Logistics teams for timely dispatch.
• Verify material quantity, part number, description, and packing before dispatch.
• Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability.
• Track dispatched material and update delivery status regularly.
• Follow up with transporters regarding delivery and resolve transportation-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of dispatches, deliveries, and pending orders.
• Ensure materials are packed and dispatched safely as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and dispatch status.
• Update records for dispatch and delivery transactions.
• Monitor pending dispatches and take necessary action to avoid delays.
• Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports for management.
• Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company dispatch procedures and documentation requirements.

Required Skills: Good communication, coordination, basic computer knowledge, Excel, documentation skills, follow-up ability, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
