Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities l Manage day-to-day dispatch operations and ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials to customers, dealers, distributors, and channel partners. l Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Production, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment. l Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, transport documents, and other required documentation. l Plan and coordinate vehicle placement and loading schedules based on customer orders and dispatch priorities. l Coordinate with transporters and logistics service providers for vehicle availability, shipment movement, and timely delivery. l Monitor dispatches from order processing to final delivery and maintain regular updates on shipment status. l Ensure proper quantity, product, packaging, and documentation checks before dispatch. l Maintain accurate dispatch records, shipment details, transporter information, and delivery status in ERP systems and/or other tracking formats. l Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper picking, packing, loading, and documentation of materials. l Follow up with transporters and customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, shortages, damages, or other shipment-related issues. l Identify and resolve dispatch-related issues to minimize delays and ensure customer satisfaction. l Ensure compliance with company policies, transportation requirements, and dispatch procedures. l Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports and provide relevant operational updates to management. l Monitor pending orders and dispatches and coordinate with concerned departments for timely closure. l Support continuous improvement initiatives related to dispatch accuracy, turnaround time, transportation coordination, and operational efficiency
