Dispatch Executive

Position: Dispatch Executive

Location: Bhilad - Vapi

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Cosmetics

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily dispatch operations and ensure timely shipment of finished goods.
• Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and transport documents.
• Coordinate with production, stores, sales, logistics, and transporters for smooth dispatch.
• Manage material picking, packing, loading, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and update system transactions.
• Work on SAP and SAP EWM for stock, warehouse, picking, and dispatch processes.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/store teams for material availability.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company dispatch procedures.
• Track dispatched materials and coordinate with transporters for delivery status.
• Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports and MIS.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in SAP and SAP EWM is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of dispatch documentation and warehouse processes.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
