What they need
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and transport documents.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, accounts, logistics, and transport teams for timely dispatches.
- Receive dispatch instructions and ensure the correct product, quantity, and destination.
- Arrange transportation through approved transporters/couriers as per company requirements.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch schedules and daily dispatch reports.
- Coordinate with transporters regarding vehicle availability, pickup times, and delivery status.
- Track dispatched shipments and follow up for timely delivery.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Dispatch work
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
