Dispatch Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the dispatch of machines, spare parts, and other materials.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Stores, Accounts, and Logistics teams for timely dispatch.
• Arrange and coordinate transportation, loading, unloading, and delivery schedules.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers/dealers.
• Maintain dispatch records, stock movement, and delivery status reports.
• Coordinate with transporters and drivers regarding vehicle placement and delivery.
• Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve dispatch-related issues.
• Check material quantity and documents before dispatch.
• Maintain proper documentation and update MIS/dispatch reports.
• Ensure compliance with company dispatch and logistics procedures.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate with transporters, customers, and internal departments.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple dispatches.
• Experience in construction equipment, automobile, machinery, or logistics will be an advantage.
