What they need
Job Responsibility:
Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and transport documents.
Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, accounts, logistics, and transport teams for timely dispatches.
Receive dispatch instructions and ensure the correct product, quantity, and destination.
Arrange transportation through approved transporters/couriers as per company requirements.
Prepare and maintain dispatch schedules and daily dispatch reports.
Coordinate with transporters regarding vehicle availability, pickup times, and delivery status.
Track dispatched shipments and follow up for timely delivery.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Dispatch work
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
