Dispatch Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day domestic and export dispatch activities from the Halol Unit.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Stores, Production, Accounts, and Logistics teams for timely dispatches.
• Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and logistics agencies for vehicle placement and material pickup.
• Ensure proper packing, labelling, marking, and documentation of materials before dispatch.
• Verify the quantity and description of materials against the relevant PO, invoice, packing list, and dispatch instructions.
• Coordinate export shipments with freight forwarders and shipping agents.
• Prepare and coordinate export-related documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, certificates, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with the concerned teams for Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, and other export documentation, as applicable.
• Track domestic and export shipments and maintain proper dispatch records.
• Follow up with transporters, freight forwarders, and shipping agents regarding shipment status and delivery.
• Maintain dispatch registers, shipment records, and other related documentation.
• Ensure dispatches are completed within the committed timelines and report any delays or issues to the concerned team.
• Coordinate for interstate and export statutory requirements, including e-way bills, GST documentation, and other applicable compliance requirements.
• Ensure proper coordination for container stuffing/loading and dispatch of export consignments, wherever applicable.
• Maintain proper records of freight, transportation details, and shipment-related expenses.
• Handle any other dispatch, logistics, and export-related activities assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
