Location: Pithampur (Manufacturing Unit)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our team at our manufacturing unit in Pithampur. If you have a passion for logistics, coordination, and inventory management, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient handling of stock and inventory management
• Preparation of dispatch documentation, invoices, and E-way bills
• Conducting monthly inventory checks, audits, and stock verification
• Planning and executing effective dispatch strategies
• Coordinating with customers and vendors for smooth dispatch operations
• Collaborating closely with the production department for timely dispatch
• Managing overall dispatch planning and execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dispatch/Logistics role
• Strong knowledge of dispatch planning and coordination
• Hands-on experience with SAP & MS Excel
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
