Dispatch Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of auto components to customers.
• Coordinate with production team to schedule manufacturing based on customer orders.
• Collaborate with sales team to resolve customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and shipment tracking.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards for packaging, labeling, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in dispatch or logistics management in the auto ancillary industry.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution (any specialization).
• Strong understanding of SAPs system for managing inventory control processes.
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
