Dispatch Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Track confirmed orders, quantities and delivery deadlines.
• Prepare raw material requirement lists based on approved order specifications.
• Coordinate with suppliers, purchase and stores to ensure materials are available on time.
• Follow up on material deliveries, check quantities received and flag shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of material stock, requirements and pending purchases.
• Coordinate packing and dispatch readiness of finished orders.
• Verify finished quantities, packing details, labels and delivery addresses before dispatch.
• Coordinate invoices, delivery challans and other required dispatch documents with the accounts team.
• Arrange transport or courier pickups and follow up on delivery status.
• Maintain dispatch records and promptly report delays, shortages or delivery issues.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably 2–4 years of experience in material coordination, inventory or dispatch.
• Experience in packaging, printing or a related manufacturing business is preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic inventory documentation.
• Strong planning, follow-up and communication skills.
• Attention to detail when checking quantities, materials and order requirements.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, internal teams and transport providers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
