Dispatch Executive

Job Purpose

To ensure the timely and safe dispatch and delivery of machinery to customers as per committed delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate machinery dispatch to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, and Logistics teams for dispatch readiness.
• Arrange transportation and follow up with transporters for timely delivery.
• Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other required paperwork.
• Track shipments and provide regular delivery updates to customers and management.
• Ensure proper packing, loading, and safe transportation of machinery.
• Maintain dispatch records and delivery acknowledgements (POD).
• Resolve transportation delays and dispatch-related issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; logistics or supply chain qualification preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or industrial machinery handling.
• Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and dispatch documentation.
• Ability to manage delivery schedules and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
