Dispatch Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Process and manage orders received through various e-commerce portals.
• Coordinate and ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Manage and supervise the packaging team to ensure orders are packed correctly and on time.
• Prepare and maintain daily order sheets.
• Prepare and update returns and RTO sheets.
• Keep accurate records of dispatched, pending, cancelled, and returned orders.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/packaging team for smooth order processing.
• Ensure proper documentation and data entry for all orders and returns.
• Monitor daily dispatch activities and report any issues to the concerned team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
