Job Title: Dispatch Executive – Steel (Sponge Iron & Billets)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Experience: Minimum 3 years in steel dispatch / logistics

About Us

Niros Export & Trading Pvt Ltd is the steel trading arm of the Niros Group, based in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. We deal in sponge iron, billets and other steel products. We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day material dispatch and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily dispatch of sponge iron and billets as per sales orders and delivery schedules
• Arrange trucks and trailers, coordinate with transporters, and negotiate freight rates
• Supervise loading, weighment (weighbridge slips) and vehicle checking at plant / yard
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents: invoice, e-way bill, LR / bilty, weighment slip, delivery challan
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, plant and clients on order status and vehicle tracking
• Track vehicles in transit and make sure material reaches on time
• Handle shortage, weight difference and damage issues with transporters and parties
• Maintain dispatch register, daily / monthly dispatch MIS and stock reconciliation
• Verify transporter bills and freight records before sending to accounts

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatch / logistics in the steel industry (sponge iron, billets, TMT or similar)
• Good knowledge of e-way bill, GST invoicing and transport documentation
• Strong network of transporters in the Chhattisgarh region preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets; Tally knowledge is a plus
• Good communication in Hindi; basic English
• Ready to visit plants / loading points as needed
• Candidates from Bhilai, Durg and Raipur preferred

Qualification: Graduate (any stream). Logistics / supply chain diploma is a plus.
