Job OverviewThe Dispatch Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily outbound shipments, material allocation, and logistics documentation. This role serves as a key liaison between warehouse operations, production, sales, and third-party transportation providers to ensure accurate, safe, and on-time delivery of finished goods to customers.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Delivery Coordination

• Dispatch Planning: Schedule and prioritize daily outbound dispatches according to sales orders, customer priority, and material availability.
• Freight & Carrier Management: Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, transporters, and drivers to secure vehicles, negotiate rates, and ensure timely loading.
• Order Verification: Cross-check outgoing items against Purchase Orders (POs), delivery notes, and picking lists for correct quantity, quality, and packaging specifications.
• Route & Fleet Monitoring: Track live shipments using GPS tracking tools, communicate updates to field/transit staff, and address route or delivery delays.

Documentation & Compliance

• Shipping Documentation: Prepare, generate, and verify critical shipping documents including Invoices, Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills, Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading (BOL).
• ERP & Systems Data: Update inventory logs, stock movements, and dispatch transactions in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Tally Prime, Oracle) in real time.
• Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure all shipments comply with transport regulations, load capacity rules, safety norms, and hazardous material protocols (if applicable).

Cross-Departmental Liaison

• Collaborate closely with production, warehouse, accounts, and sales teams to align order fulfillment schedules.
• Resolve customer or buyer discrepancies regarding delivery delays, damaged goods, or document errors.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (High school diploma + relevant experience acceptable).

Experience1–4 years of experience in dispatch operations, warehouse management, or logistics.Software SkillsProficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Tally Prime, Oracle), MS Excel/Office, GPS tracking tools, and Dispatch Management Systems

.Industry KnowledgeSolid understanding of transport documentation (E-Way Bills, Challans, Invoices), vendor management, and loading procedures.Soft SkillsStrong communication, problem-solving under pressure, route optimization, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
