Dispatch Executive

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Handle daily dispatch operations and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and other dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and accounts departments.
• Verify material quantity and product details before dispatch.
• Coordinate with transporters and courier companies for shipment and delivery.
• Maintain dispatch records, stock details, and delivery tracking.
• Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve dispatch-related issues.
• Ensure proper packaging and safe handling of materials.

Qualification & Skills

• Graduate in any stream or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer operations.
• Knowledge of invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Experience in an industrial, electrical, or automation company will be preferred
