Position 1 – Junior Dispatcher

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day dispatch operations for company-owned trucks.
• Search, book, and negotiate suitable loads with brokers.
• Work efficiently with US load boards.
• Prepare and manage BOL (Bill of Lading) and other required paperwork.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding pickups, deliveries, and schedules.
• Plan and manage efficient routes for assigned trucks.
• Track shipments and provide timely updates.
• Communicate professionally with brokers, shippers, receivers, and drivers.
• Handle check calls, pickup/delivery appointments, and load updates.
• Follow up on PODs and delivery documents.
• Handle detention, layover, TONU, and other accessorial charges when applicable.
• Resolve day-to-day operational and dispatch-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of loads and dispatch activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in US trucking dispatch.
• Good knowledge of US freight operations and load booking.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple trucks and loads efficiently.
• Good knowledge of BOL and dispatch documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
