Dispatch Executive

• Basic knowledge of GST invoices and e-way bill procedures.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
• Plan and execute daily dispatch activities as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Verify finished goods, part numbers, quantities, and packing details before dispatch.
• Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and other dispatch documents, as applicable.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Stores, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments for timely dispatch.
• Arrange transportation and coordinate with transporters, courier agencies, and logistics partners.
• Ensure proper packing, labelling, and identification of cutting tools and other precision products.
• Maintain daily dispatch records, transporter details, LR/consignment numbers, and proof of delivery.
• Follow up on shipment status and ensure timely delivery to customers.
• Update dispatch entries in ERP/software and maintain dispatch registers.
• Monitor pending orders and inform the concerned departments about dispatch delays.
• Handle customer and internal queries related to dispatch status and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, documentation requirements, and safety standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
