Job Description – Dispatch Executive

Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily order dispatch operations and ensure timely shipments.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Prepare invoices, shipping labels, and dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with courier partners and logistics teams for pickups and deliveries.
• Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders, stock movement, and returns.
• Ensure all orders are packed correctly and dispatched on time.
• Travel between the office and warehouse as required.

Requirements

• Must have a personal two-wheeler for travel between the office and warehouse.
• Valid driving licence and knowledge of local routes.
• Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel, and order management.
• Good coordination, time management, and communication skills.
• Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, e-commerce, or warehouse operations will be preferred.
• Candidates living near Aerocity, Mahipalpur, and nearby areas will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and skills.
