Job Description

Meadows Wellness is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Dispatch Executive to manage order processing, product packaging, and dispatch operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Handle product packaging, labelling, and invoice generation.
• Ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
• Coordinate with courier partners for shipment pickups and tracking.
• Manage returns, RTOs, and dispatch records.
• Maintain daily dispatch reports and inventory coordination.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce dispatch, packaging, or logistics.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and e-commerce portals.
• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage packaging and dispatch operations independently.
