Dispatch Incharge

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Dispatch In-Charge to manage daily dispatch operations, ensure accurate order processing, maintain proper documentation, and coordinate timely delivery of goods to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely shipment of finished goods.
• Verify materials, quantities, packing details, and customer orders before dispatch.
• Coordinate with production, stores, logistics, and marketing teams.
• Arrange transportation and follow up on deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, and other required documents.
• Monitor stock availability and ensure proper loading and packing.
• Track shipments and resolve dispatch-related issues.
• Maintain dispatch reports and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Qualification:

• Any Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Relevant practical experience will also be considered.

Experience:

• 2–5 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in textile or manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of dispatch documentation, inventory coordination, and transportation management.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage dispatch activities and meet delivery schedules.
