Dispatch Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end dispatch and logistics operations.
• Plan daily dispatch schedules as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, sales, and transport teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods.
• Prepare dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and shipping records.
• Coordinate with transporters and track vehicle movement.
• Monitor inventory and ensure correct quantity and material loading.
• Verify materials before dispatch to avoid shortages or wrong deliveries.
• Handle dispatch-related customer and transporter queries.
• Maintain dispatch reports, records, and MIS.
• Ensure proper packaging, loading, and safe handling of materials.
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve delays or transportation issues.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety procedures.
• Lead and supervise dispatch/warehouse staff.

Pay: ₹30,955.68 - ₹35,070.86 per month
