Dispatch Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Manager located in Caloocan City, NCR. The Dispatch Manager will be responsible for managing and controlling deliveries to stores via trucks including the trucks's maintenance, permits and licenses updates.

Daily tasks include implementation of seamless and smooth operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods. The role also involves identifying improvement areas and implementing strategic changes to promote continuous improvement.

Role Primary Target

Accurate and on time store delivery fulfillment

Tasks

• Personnel Responsibility for around 60 drivers with 2 dispatch assistants working to achieve the department's goal which is to efficiently deliver goods.
• Leading and controlling all assigned personnel
• Organizing truck maintenance
• Completing internal processing documents in a timely and accurate manner
• Strictly implementing DALI's standard procedures

Qualifications

• Excellent in strong leadership
• Results driven with a hands-on-mentality
• Logistics, Supply Chain or Engineering professional with 3years of people leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment -Highly motivated and resilient -B.A. university degree (Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field)

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
