Position: Dispatch Officer

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee timely dispatch of finished goods (containers/buckets) to clients
• Coordinate with production and planning teams on dispatch-ready stock
• Liaise with planning team for vehicle scheduling
• Ensure proper loading, packaging, and quality check before dispatch
• Maintain dispatch records and stock movement logs
• Track order fulfilment status and resolve delivery issues/delays
• Ensure compliance with transport documentation and statutory requirements
• Manage the returns/damaged goods process where applicable
