WE’RE HIRING: DISPATCH RIDERS

Great Omegason Nigeria Limited is seeking responsible and experienced Dispatch Riders to support the timely and safe delivery of products, documents and other items to customers and designated locations across Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver products, documents and other items to customers and designated locations safely and promptly.
• Confirm delivery details, addresses and customer information before setting out.
• Handle products and packages carefully to prevent loss or damage during transit.
• Obtain appropriate confirmation or proof of delivery.
• Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries.
• Provide timely updates regarding deliveries, delays or other issues encountered.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions from the Company.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections where required.
• Ensure that the assigned motorcycle is kept clean and in good working condition.
• Report faults, accidents, damage or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Comply with traffic regulations, safety requirements and Company policies at all times.
• Carry out other dispatch-related duties as reasonably assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Dispatch Rider is strongly preferred.
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads, routes and major locations.
• Ability to use Google Maps or other navigation applications effectively.
• Must possess a valid rider’s licence and other required riding documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write and follow delivery instructions accurately.
• Must be punctual, reliable and able to manage time effectively.
• Must demonstrate honesty and accountability when handling company or customer property.
• Must be physically fit and able to carry out dispatch duties.
• Professional and respectful conduct when dealing with customers, colleagues and members of the public is required.
