Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Locations: Omole, Berger, Lagos.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious Dispatch Rider to handle the timely delivery and collection of goods, documents, and other items while ensuring excellent service and proper handling of assigned deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver goods, documents, and packages to designated locations promptly and safely.
• Collect items from customers, vendors, and other designated locations as required.
• Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and acknowledged by recipients.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and assigned expenses.
• Ensure the motorcycle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
• Comply with traffic regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Report mechanical faults, accidents, delays, or delivery issues promptly.
• Handle company items and customer packages responsibly and professionally.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or its equivalent.
• Valid motorcycle riding licence.
• Previous experience as a Dispatch Rider is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Lagos roads, particularly Berger, Omole, and surrounding areas.
• Ability to use navigation applications and follow delivery instructions.
• Good communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Honest, punctual, disciplined, and physically fit for the role.
