Job Title: Dispatch Rider – 5 Openings
Location: Isheri, after Berger
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₦180,000 Net Monthly

We are urgently recruiting experienced Dispatch Riders for immediate employment. The ideal candidate must be a safe, reliable, and experienced rider with good knowledge of Lagos routes and the ability to make timely deliveries while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver products/documents to customers within assigned locations.
• Ensure safe, timely, and accurate deliveries.
• Plan efficient routes and navigate Lagos roads effectively.
• Handle delivery items carefully and obtain proof of delivery/signatures where required.
• Maintain proper records of deliveries, mileage, fuel, and related expenses.
• Conduct daily checks and ensure the motorcycle is in good working condition.
• Report vehicle faults, accidents, delays, or delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and represent the company appropriately.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE/OND.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Dispatch Rider/Rider.
• Valid Nigerian Motorcycle Rider’s Licence.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes, especially Isheri/Berger and surrounding areas.
• Proven experience with multiple daily deliveries and route navigation.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Physically fit and willing to work in the field.
• Must be able to use Google Maps/navigation apps.
• Candidates with experience in FMCG, e-commerce, logistics, food delivery, or retail distribution are preferred.
