Dispatch Rider (Part Time)

About the role

Responsible for dispatching Kitboxes to clients and collecting payments from clients on behalf of the Company according to the fixed schedule. The rider will be responsible for handling the terminal machine, safekeeping all payment receipts, and submitting the receipts to the Finance Department on the next working day, including covering duties when required.

Key responsibilities

• Dispatch Kitboxes to clients
• Collect payments from clients on behalf of the Company according to the fixed schedule
• Handle the terminal machine and safekeep all payment receipts
• Submit receipts to the Finance Department on the next working day
• Cover duties when required
• Handle documents and Kitboxes with care to avoid damage or loss
• Run ad hoc errands for company business
• Work within assigned routes or any other routes assigned from time to time
• Coordinate collections, deliveries, drop-offs, and recoveries with other departments and drivers
• Maintain constant communication with the Customer Services and Finances Team to ensure the availability of required supplies

**The rate is $12 per job.
