About the Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Coordinating daily schedules: Assign and organise jobs to ensure technicians are dispatched efficiently.
• Oversee workflow: Monitor the day’s run, adjust bookings, and handle urgent changes.
• Outbound communication: Call customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and gather job details.
• Post-service check-ins: Follow up after jobs to ensure satisfaction and book any required follow-up work.
• Promote services: Share relevant service options and assist with additional bookings.
• Use dispatch tools: Operate scheduling software and messaging systems to keep records accurate and communication smooth.
• Team collaboration: Work with technicians and the customer service team to maintain efficiency and deliver a great customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

·      An excellent communicator who enjoys speaking with customers and leading conversations

·      Previous experience working within a trades business is highly regarded

·      Organised, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once

·      Can confidently manage schedules, adjust plans, and solve problems quickly

·      Works well with technicians and office staff to keep jobs flowing smoothly

·      Is comfortable using scheduling software, messaging tools, and digital systems
