Job Summary

Balaji Multiflex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Supervisor to manage daily dispatch activities, coordinate with the warehouse and transport teams, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dispatch and shipment activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, and delivery teams.
• Verify goods, quantities, packing, and dispatch documents before shipment.
• Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch records.
• Ensure timely dispatch of customer orders.
• Track shipments and follow up on delivery status.
• Maintain dispatch registers and daily dispatch reports.
• Ensure proper loading, packing, and handling of goods.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts departments to resolve dispatch-related issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Graduate or / Any Other Qualification. relevant experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Good coordination, communication, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to manage multiple dispatches and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of dispatch documentation and transportation coordination.
