Dispatch Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities according to customer orders and delivery schedules.

· Ensure the timely dispatch.

· Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and other dispatch-related documents, as applicable.

· Ensure that the dispatched quantity matches the invoice and delivery challan.

· Maintain accurate records of daily dispatches, vehicle details, material quantities, and customer deliveries.

· Maintain dispatch registers, transporter records, and proof of delivery (POD).

· Ensure that all dispatch documents are properly filed and available for audit purposes.

· Verify vehicle details, loading capacity, and relevant documents before loading.

· Monitor vehicle departure and coordinate with transporters regarding delivery status.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
