We are pleased to offer you a position as a Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative (CSR) with our company. We are looking for a dependable, friendly, and professional individual who communicates well and provides excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Book and schedule customer service calls.
• Dispatch technicians to scheduled and incoming service calls.
• Coordinate and maintain technicians' daily schedules.
• Follow up with customers after service calls.
• Schedule maintenance and preventative maintenance appointments.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, technician arrivals, and schedule changes.
• Keep accurate customer and appointment information.
• Work closely with technicians and office staff to keep daily operations organized.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and well-spoken.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable and organized.
• Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers throughout the day.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and scheduling skills.
• English required; Spanish-speaking/bilingual candidates are a plus.
• Previous dispatching, customer service or home-service office experience is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule

This position is available as part-time or full-time, Monday through Friday. Specific hours will be discussed based on the position and company needs.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
