What they need
We are looking for an experienced dispatcher to join our team !
Qualifications:
- Experience working with AAA dispatch system (preferred)
- Ability to professionally handle driver and customer issues
- Comfortable accepting and processing payments
- Knowledge of impound vehicle release procedures and required documentation
- Ability to follow company policies
- Strong communication, multitasking and customer service skills
