What You'll Do

Handle 100+ daily customer inquiries across multiple channels—phone, email, Yelp, Angie's List, and Chirp. You'll be the first point of contact, quickly identifying customer needs, qualifying service requests, and dispatching the right technician to every job.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Qualify and prioritize emergency vs. routine service calls
• Dispatch technicians using dispatch-for-profit strategies
• Resolve customer and technician concerns efficiently
• Meet team sales targets and call-handling goals
• Answer incoming calls and emails when needed
• Respond to online reviews and inquiries (Yelp, Angie's List)
• Track all interactions in our CRM system
• Follow company booking procedures and scripts
• Continuously learn our service areas and technician specialties
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction on every interaction

Schedule: Open 7 days a week—morning and afternoon shifts available

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years experience in call center & dispatching required
• Proven track record of exceeding performance quotas
• Tech-savvy with email, apps, and CRM systems
• Exceptional phone skills and active listening abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Expert-level multitasking and time management
• Customer-focused with ability to adapt to different personalities
• Reliable and dependable
