• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers, ensuring a professional experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics operations.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and customers to provide instructions and updates.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities and communications.

Experience

• Familiarity with freight operations and transportation management is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in flatbed dispatching or logistics is preferred.
