What they need
- Route Planning: Schedule and assign drivers to optimal delivery routes using GPS and TMS software.
- Driver Coordination: Maintain constant communication with drivers to monitor progress and address delays.
- Customer Support: Provide clients with accurate delivery updates and resolve service complaints promptly.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot transit issues, breakdowns, traffic delays, or weather disruptions in real-time.
- Data Entry: Record trip logs, fuel tracking, delivery confirmations, and driver hours in the system.
- Compliance: Ensure all drivers and shipments follow safety regulations and transport laws.
Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
