With a focus on efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we’re expanding our dispatch team — and looking for professionals ready to grow with us. What You’ll Do

• Manage daily dispatch operations
• Schedule drivers, coordinate container pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and port terminals
• Leverage your industry network to source freight
• Quote loads using knowledge of intermodal pricing

What You Bring

• 2+ years of dispatch experience
• Strong network of freight brokers, rail contacts, and carriers
• Understanding of intermodal pricing and quoting
• Proficiency with TMS systems, port websites, and Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
