Qualifications

• Ability to effectively multitask across multiple CRM platforms, communication systems, and AI-powered tools simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail
• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Take responsibility for work
• Solve problems quickly and creatively
• Collaborate with the team on a regular basis
• Manage multiple streams of communication amongst multiple locations
• Assist in decision making and be regularly required to make decisions for scheduling/dispatching
• Take initiative
• Be professional in appearance

• Abide by all company policies and procedures

• ProBook experience

Responsibilities

• Working alongside AI-Powered systems to schedule and assign calls to technicians
• Work closely with technicians to schedule return calls for customers
• Work alongside AI-powered system to assign and dispatch calls to appropriate technicians based on skillsets of technicians and location of call in an efficient manner
• Communicate with customers for scheduling calls and confirming appointment
• Maintain regular attendance
• Other duties as assigned
