Dispatcher

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatcher to coordinate the timely and efficient deployment of company vehicles, drivers, and deliveries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and on time dispatching of concrete deliveries to project sites
• Handles TM Drivers, Batch Plant Operators and Plant utilities
• Coordinate and dispatch vehicles, drivers, and deliveries according to schedule
• Monitor the status and location of dispatched vehicles
• Communicate with drivers, clients, and other departments regarding delivery schedules
• Prepare and maintain dispatch records and reports
• Ensure timely deployment and efficient utilization of vehicles
• Monitor delays, route changes, and other operational concerns
• Coordinate with the Operations and Logistics teams to resolve delivery issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With experience as a Dispatcher, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of dispatching, routing, and delivery coordination
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or shifting schedules when required
• Preferably with experience in the ready-mix or construction industry.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
