Dispatcher

The Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing the dispatching function. This entails, but is not limited to, the following:

a) Creating dispatch schedules;
b) Maintaining accurate records;
c) Monitoring drivers’ daily logs for errors;
d) Monitoring drivers’ working hours and equipment availability;
e) Monitoring the daily maintenance and scheduling of preventive maintenance services (PMS) for all trucks; and
f) Monitoring the day-to-day movements of all trucks.
