- Monitoring dan follow up order agar selesai sesuai SLA
- Validasi status order sebelum close di sistem
- Filtering order untuk menghindari duplicate escalation
- Crosscheck status order secara rutin
- Rekap dan rekonsiliasi data order menggunakan Ms. Excel
About you
- Minimal D3 dengan pengalaman min 1 tahun di industri telekomunikasi
- Memahami basic Fiber Optic dan analisa gangguan FO untuk eskalasi langsung tiket gangguan dari customer
- Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office
- Komunikatif dan memiliki service mindset
- Bersedia bekerja shift
