What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Run the day – own the Plumbing call board and keep our technicians moving.

🔹 Make the call – match the right technician to the right job.

🔹 Stay one step ahead – manage changes, solve problems and keep the board full.

🔹 Keep customers in the loop – provide updates and ensure no surprises.

🔹 Set the team up to win – plan ahead, track results and help achieve daily goals.

🔹 Deliver 5-star service – work with our field team to create great customer outcomes.

About You

✔ Highly organised and able to juggle competing priorities.

✔ Confident communicator who enjoys working with customers and field teams.

✔ Quick thinker who can solve problems and adapt when plans change.

✔ Dispatch, scheduling or logistics experience highly regarded.
