DISPATCHER

About the role

The Dispatcher is responsible for the efficient allocation, scheduling, and coordination of field personnel, vehicles, and resources to ensure timely deployment of telecom teams. The role ensures that all field assignments are properly scheduled, communicated, and monitored to support smooth daily operations and project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign field personnel based on daily operational requirements
• Ensure proper deployment of technicians, team leaders, and support staff to assigned sites
• Monitor attendance and availability of field teams for scheduling accuracy
• Ensure all deployments are aligned with project priorities and timelines
• Prepare daily dispatch schedules in coordination with Area Supervisors and Operations Manager
• Adjust schedules based on urgent requests, site conditions, or operational changes
• Ensure proper communication of assignments to all field personnel
• Coordinate vehicle assignments, equipment, and materials needed for field deployment
• Serve as the main communication link between office operations and field teams
• Track real-time field deployment and site progress

About you

• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year Bachelor's degree course
• At least 1-2 years of experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or operations support
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize urgent dispatch requirements
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work on shifting schedules if required
