Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating towing logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. The Dispatcher will utilize various transportation management systems and GPS technology to optimize routes and manage fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule transportation of goods to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Analyze logistics data to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver schedules and shipment details.
• Monitor fleet management operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in dispatching or logistics management.
• Strong understanding of GPS technology and its application in route optimization.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on logistics metrics.
• Experience with fleet management practices is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
