Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch calls using transportation systems, ensuring optimal routing and arrival times
• Communicate clearly and professionally with drivers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams via multi-line phone systems, maintaining excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Maintain organized records of dispatch activities, call details, and incident reports.

Experience

• Proven experience in transportation management systems, or dispatching
• Familiarity with telephone skills
• Strong data entry skills with high accuracy in typing, hand writing and record keeping
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems effectively
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
